Praveen Penigandla has been working in the customer success and business development field since 2012. Praveen began their career at Amar InfoTech, where they served as an International Business Development Manager, focusing on marketing and business development for Europe, LATAM, and Australia. Praveen also maintained partner relationships with solution and pre-sales teams and ran digital campaigns for eCommerce and custom applications CRM/ERP. In 2014, they joined Hyper Thread Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Customer Success Manager. In 2016, they moved to SynLogics Inc where they have been working as a Customer Success Manager since.

Praveen Penigandla completed their High School from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1992 to 2002. Praveen then went on to complete their Senior Secondary - Intermediate from Sri Chaitanya College of Education from 2003 to 2005. Finally, they obtained their Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2005 to 2009.
