Hector Girón Nielsen

Hector Girón Nielsen has a diverse work experience. Hector is currently working as a Technical Account Manager at Synology since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Apple starting from August 2015. During their time at Apple, Hector held various roles including Genius, Training Lead, Genius Administrator, Technical Expert, Technical Specialist, and Specialist. In these positions, they provided technical support to Apple customers, diagnosed product issues, offered solutions, performed repairs, managed paperwork, collaborated with the operations team, and developed strong relationships with customers. Before joining Apple, Hector worked as a Checker at Metropolitan Market from August 2010 to August 2015.

Hector Girón Nielsen obtained Certification of Web Development (HTML & CSS) from the University of Washington in 2015-2016. Hector also achieved an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Sociology from Bellevue College.
