Johanna Olivares

Johanna Olivares has a wealth of professional experience, beginning with their role as a Communications Intern at the Office of Community Engagement and Economic Development in 2009. Johanna then moved on to become an Advance Technology Operations Intern at HBO, followed by an Assistant to the Vice President at the same organization. In 2006, they became a Member at The Opportunity Network, and in 2007, they were a Systems Intern at R/GA. The following year, they were an HR & CR Intern at R/GA, and in 2006, they were an Office Intern at Hunter Public Relations. From 2010 to 2022, they were employed at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held various roles including Product Delivery Lead, Vice President, Senior Product Manager, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, Senior Associate, Technical Project Manager, and Information Risk Analyst. Currently, they are the Director of Program Management at Synop.

Johanna Olivares attended Syracuse University from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Information Management & Technology. Johanna also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
