Ad Vaassen

Ad Vaassen is an R&D Architect at Synopsys, where they focus on driving innovation and collaboration in developing advanced hardware security solutions for automotive, IoT, and cloud computing markets. Before their current role, Ad worked at Philips Research, implementing digital components for RF systems, and held various positions at NXP Semiconductors, where they led design teams and enhanced design automation processes. Ad holds a B.Sc. in Analog IC Design from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and an M.Sc. in Electronics/CAD from Eindhoven University of Technology. They are passionate about overcoming challenges and enhancing project outcomes through structured teamwork and quality delivery.
