Elaine Yang has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years. Elaine has experience as an HR Director and Staffing Specialist. Elaine is currently the HR Business Partner Director at Synopsys.

Elaine Yang has a long history of working in human resources. Elaine started out as a staffing specialist at Linear Technology, before moving on to Intersil Corporation, where they became HR Director. After almost 10 years at Intersil, they left to become a Senior HR Partner at BD. After only a year and a half, they moved on to their current position as HR Business Partner Director at Synopsys.

Elaine has been instrumental in helping their companies manage their employees and execute their HR agendas. Elaine has helped start up new manufacturing facilities overseas, and has focused on areas such as organizational structure and change management, leadership development, and employee retention. In their current role, they are responsible for providing HR leadership to the Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions at Synopsys.

Elaine Yang is a highly experienced Human Resources professional who has dedicated their career to helping their companies manage their employees effectively. Elaine is currently making a difference at Synopsys, and will no doubt continue to be a valuable asset to any organization lucky enough to have their on their team.
