Roxanne Tashjian

Roxanne Tashjian serves as the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Synopsys Inc since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tashjian was a member of the Board of Directors at Child Care Aware of America from January 2020 to January 2023. Tashjian held multiple senior leadership positions at Monster from July 2017 to November 2021, including Senior Vice President of Global Sales Effectiveness and Optimization and Vice President of Sales Effectiveness and Optimization. Tashjian has also worked at FireEye Inc. as Vice President of Sales Operations, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Earlier career highlights include roles at EMC, Dell EMC, LODESTAR Corporation, Kronos, and Cayenne Software, focusing on sales operations and global strategy. Tashjian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Troy University.
