Sandeep Kumar Bomthapalli

Sandeep Kumar Bomthapalli is a seasoned professional in the field of ASIC design and functional safety, currently serving as Sr. Staff ASIC Design - Functional Safety at Synopsys Inc since September 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at NXP Semiconductors as an Automotive Systems Functional Safety Architect and Systems and Application Engineer from January 2017 to October 2025, as well as an Embedded Engineer at ZF Group from March 2013 to December 2016, where expertise in Vehicle Stability Systems was developed. Sandeep holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
