Whit Laga

Whit Laga currently serves as the Head of Organization Design and Effectiveness at Synopsys Inc, leading the organization design and effectiveness center of excellence since March 2025. Prior to this role, Laga was the Executive Director of Organizational Health and Effectiveness at USAA from April 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included organization design, health analysis, and executive coaching. Earlier experience includes serving as a Director of Operations overseeing HR functions and as an Associate at AlignOrg Solutions, facilitating organization design sessions with C-Suite leadership. Laga also held a position as a Jr. Professor at Purdue University, focusing on organizational behavior and related disciplines. Laga holds multiple Master's degrees in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Purdue University.
