Yu-Feng Frances Chou

Yu-feng Frances Chou is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international law and corporate governance. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Synopsys Inc since April 2015, Chou oversees legal matters outside North America, negotiating significant licensing agreements and managing joint ventures. Prior to this role, Chou held the position of General Counsel and COO at Transworld Capital Group, where expertise was utilized in negotiating complex domestic and international agreements related to mergers and acquisitions. Additional experience includes leadership roles such as President of Schechter + Chou, Inc., and providing legal services at Y.F. Chou, Prof. Corp. and other firms. Chou holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, a Master of Comparative Law from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Laws from National Taiwan University.
