Bill Mell is Managing Director of the ServiceNow Practice within Synoptek. Bill joined Synoptek in 2021 following the acquisition of his company, Rapid Technologies, where he served as President & CEO. With over 20 years of experience in the Enterprise Service Management space, Bill is responsible for the overall growth of the ServiceNow Practice. Aligning business and philanthropic ambitions, he is passionate about delivering great technology and services to customers while supporting Children's Hospitals through the ServiceNow for Good program.
