Mao I. is currently working as an Investment Manager at Synova since October 2020. Prior to this, Mao held positions as an Origination Executive at Silverfleet Capital from 2018 to 2020, and as a Senior Associate at Strategy& from 2015 to 2018. Mao holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and attended St Paul's Girls' School.
