Angela Rudolph Little, M.Ed., is a seasoned Learning and Development Manager with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs across multiple organizations. Currently managing a team at Synovus since August 2017, Angela oversees New Hire Training and Leadership training while consulting on career pathing and performance management. Previous roles include developing training frameworks at BrandBank, assessing training needs at CertusBank, and executing Diversity and Inclusion training initiatives at Bank of America. Angela holds a Master of Education in Curriculum Design and Adult Instruction from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Morris Brown College.
