Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia has extensive experience in information technology and audio-visual (AV) support, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Support Analyst at Synovus since October 2019. Responsibilities include project management of AV installations across multiple regions and providing high-level support for AV systems and conferencing requests. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Diversified as an AV/Unified Communications On-site Engineer, delivering broadcast studio support and managing AV operations for special events. Additional roles include Senior AV Field Engineer at EOS IT Management Solutions Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed installation, configuration, and preventative maintenance of AV systems, as well as extensive customer support roles at Cisco and Avesta Computer Services. Carlos holds a high school diploma and is furthering education through Cisco Networking Academy and ITT Technical Institute.
