Jennifer Cloud, CPA, is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since September 2005, Jennifer has served as the Manager of Accounting/Financial Analysis at Synovus, where responsibilities include monthly financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and compensation analysis, along with support for internal and external audit requests. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at TSYS in various positions, culminating as General Accounting Manager, overseeing monthly review functions and working extensively with Sarbanes Oxley internal controls.
