Zack Bishop

Zack Bishop is the Technology & Operations Officer at Synovus. Zack previously served as the EVP - Chief Information Officer of Renasant Bank from August 2013 to November 2018. Zack also served as the Senior Vice President - Application Development, Delivery and Data Management of Regions Bank from January 1993 to August 2013.

Bishop has experience in developing and managing applications for core systems, including support of Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, Training, Risk Management, BSA/AML, Legal, Corporate Security, Incentive/Compensation, CRM Systems, Customer Data Management and Operational Data Marts utilizing Big Data, Cloudera, Hadoop and other emerging open source technologies. Zack has also managed development teams in both Nashville TN and Birmingham AL.

They work with Meredith Forrester - Chief Audit Executive, Alison W. Dowe - EVP, Chief Communications & Corporate Responsibility Officer, and Jamie Gregory - EVP, CFO. Their manager is Kevin Blair, President & CEO.
