Marco oversees the health insurance practice in Switzerland. He specialises in Operational Excellence, Claims Management, and Target Operating Models. Marco is passionate about the digitalisation opportunities for the rapidly changing healthcare sector.

His most relevant work includes the implementation of regulatory changes in health insurance and the implementation of operating models including software suites to improve both efficiency and effectiveness of health insurance core processes.

Marco is an active general staff officer in the Swiss Armed Forces holding the rank of a colonel.
