Alexandre Goulet

Alex has been part of Novacap’s TMT team since 2018. He is responsible for identifying and executing new deals, working closely with portfolio companies, and supporting management teams with strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Novacap, Alex worked in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets where he was involved in a number of transactions including buy-side M&A and debt financings. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from McGill University.

Alex currently sits on the Board of Directors of Syntax and serves as an Observer to the Board for Plusgrade and Previan Technologies.
