Tamara Roberts

Tamara Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical training and tax analysis. Currently serving as Technical Training Manager at Syntech Systems - FUELMASTER since October 2003, Tamara plays a critical role in the learning content development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with corporate goals. Previous positions at Syntech included Technical Trainer, responsible for creating technical training programs, and System Support Engineer/Trainer, which involved maintaining subject matter expertise and overseeing quality assurance. Additionally, Tamara has been a Tax Analyst at H&R Block since January 2004, preparing and reviewing tax returns for a significant number of clients annually. Tamara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Spelman College.
