Jay Sheridan

Jay Sheridan has over a decade of diverse experience in both music education and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Help Desk Specialist at Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC since May 2020, Jay has also notably held the position of Adult Choir Director at Timberville Church of the Brethren since December 2010, overseeing music selection and rehearsals. Previous roles include a Tier 1 Associate at Amazon, an Operations and Planning Associate at MID ATLANTIC RECEPTIVE SERVICES, and an Accounts Manager for WorldStrides, emphasizing strong organizational and communication skills. Jay's background in education is highlighted by a tenure as Director of Instrumental and Vocal Music at Page County Public Schools.
