Whit Altman

Whit Altman is a seasoned educator and project scientist with extensive experience in curriculum development and science education. Currently serving as a Project Scientist at SynTerra Corp. since January 2018, Whit previously held roles including Lead Teacher for 8th Grade Math at The Franklin School of Innovation, where contributions included curriculum design and participation in the School Leadership committee. Additional experience encompasses positions as an adjunct instructor, science and math teacher, and hydrogeology intern, demonstrating a strong background in both academic settings and applied science. Whit holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Data Science from Eastern University, a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Washington and Lee University.
