Becky Farnea

Becky Farnea is the Director of People & Culture at Synthace. Becky has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on global talent management.

Becky started their career in 2004 as a Project Coordinator at Maritz Loyalty Marketing. Becky then spent four years as a Senior HR Manager at dunnhumby, where they oversaw HR operations in Italy and new markets. In 2009, they joined Aimia Inc as Senior Manager of Global Talent Management. Becky was with Aimia for eight years, overseeing the talent management strategy for the company.

In November 2017, Becky joined Kantar as Global HR Projects and Programs Director. Becky was with Kantar for just over a year before joining UBC as Head of HR in July 2019. Becky remained at UBC until January 2022, when they took their current role at Synthace.

At Synthace, Becky is responsible for leading the people & culture team. Becky is passionate about supporting employees and creating a positive work environment.

Becky Farnea has a MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and an International Business Studies with Spanish from Buckinghamshire New University. Becky also has a certification from LinkedIn in Motivating and Engaging Employees.

Their manager is Guy Levy-Yurista, CEO & Director. Becky Farnea works with Markus Gershater - Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer, Edita Vatenaite - VP, Marketing, and Brian Danforth - VP, Sales.
