Nicolò De Rita

Deep Learning Engineer at Synthara Technologies

Nicolò De Rita has been working as a Digital Hardware Engineer at Synthara AG since 2020. Prior to that, they were a VLSI I Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich, Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they prepared lab exercise sessions on Digital Design, SystemVerilog, Verification, EDA Tools and FPGAs and tutored students during the exercise sessions. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Computing System Responsible for AMZ Driverless at Akademischer Motorsportverein Zürich (AMZ). In this role, they took part in the 2018 season of Formula Student Driverless as a team member of the AMZ Racing Team and developed and integrated an embedded computing system for an autonomous race car. Nicolò also set up the networking environment for computer-sensors communication and remote access.

Nicolò De Rita obtained a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering and Information Technology MSc from ETH Zürich between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria elettrica ed elettronica from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2014 and 2017.
