Darcy Kiefaber

Darcy Kiefaber has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Darcy currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Synthekine since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vifor Pharma as Sr. Director of Human Resources from June 2017 to June 2022. Before that, they were a Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Complete Genomics Inc. from January 2015 to June 2017. Darcy also served as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Cepheid from March 2013 to January 2015. Darcy's career in human resources started at LifeScan, a Johnson & Johnson Company, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from July 2001 to March 2013.

Darcy Kiefaber holds an MBA degree in Human Resources from Golden Gate University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Darcy is also a certified TypeCoach Master Professional, having completed the program offered by TypeCoach, LLC in 2022.
