Ahmad Ali

Ahmad Ali has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ahmad is currently working at Synthesia as a Customer Success Team Lead since October 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Synthesia from March 2022 to October 2023. Before joining Synthesia, Ahmad worked at Onfido as a Client Services Manager from August 2019 to February 2022. Ahmad was responsible for managing clients and supporting their journey from sales to renewal. Ahmad also worked at OneTrust as a Technical Account Manager from October 2018 to July 2019 and as a Technical Implementation Consultant from June 2018 to October 2018. Ahmad served as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Veeqo from October 2017 to June 2018 and as an Implementation Consultant at ChannelAdvisor from June 2015 to October 2017. Ahmad started their career as a Graphic Designer at Media with Impact from 2014 to 2015 where they were part of the in-house design team. Ahmad then worked as a Graphic Designer at Health iQ Ltd from January 2012 to March 2012, where they assisted in creating marketing materials for a software start-up in the healthcare industry.

Ahmad Ali obtained a Foundation degree in art & design with a focus in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London in 2009. Subsequently, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the University of East London between 2010 and 2013.
