Constantina Samara

Constantina Samara has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Constantina most recently worked at Synthesia as the Head of Support & Moderation starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Support at Ideagen Plc from May 2021 to September 2022. Constantina also served as the Head of Customer Experience at NET Nottingham Tram from March 2018 to May 2021, and before that, they were the Deputy Customer Service Manager at the same company from September 2017 to March 2018. Constantina gained experience in the telecommunications industry as a Consumer Technical Care Manager at Vodafone from February 2016 to September 2017. Constantina also worked as a Sales Manager at Domestic & General from October 2013 to February 2016.

Constantina Samara received their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sunderland in 2013. Constantina then pursued a Master's degree in Psychological Well Being and Mental Health at Nottingham Trent University from 2013 to 2014.
