Sean Dennison

Sean Dennison has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sean most recently served as the Director of Engineering at Synthesis starting in April 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked at Finite State as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, where they led teams and collaborated with product and business stakeholders. Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Hatch Loyalty from 2018 to 2019 and a Software Engineer at Intevity from 2015 to 2018.

In the earlier years of their career, Sean worked as a Test Engineer at Leapfrog Online from 2013 to 2015, where they developed and maintained test suites using Selenium webdriver technologies. Sean also had experience as an Infotainment Engineer at Honda R&D from 2010 to 2013, where they programmed modeling environments and collaborated on infotainment system functions for Honda & Acura vehicles.

Prior to that, Sean was an ASIC Design and Verification Engineer at Cisco Systems from 2008 to 2010, designing chipsets and creating verification environments. Sean also worked as a Contract Design Engineer at Cook Legacy from 2008 to 2009, performing contract work and training design engineers. Earlier in their career, Sean had internships as a Development Testing and Bring-up Engineer at Cisco in 2007, and as an AutoCAD Drafter and Schematic Review Intern at Cook Legacy in 2006.

Sean Dennison attended The Ohio State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
