Craig Fuchs

Craig Fuchs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Craig is currently working as a Principal Solutionist at Synthesis Software Technologies since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Diebold Nixdorf as an Enterprise Delivery Manager and later as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager. Craig has also worked at AgileIT SA as an IT Service Management Consultant, Rand Merchant Bank as a Service Management Office Configuration Manager, Collaborative Consulting PTY Ltd as an Operational IT Consultant, Parity Software as a Project Portfolio Manager, Avanade in various roles including Delivery Operations Lead and Migration Consultant, HK Commercial Services as a Service Delivery and Operational Executive, Gijima as a Service Delivery Manager/Executive, and UCS Solutions as a Customer Services Manager and Integrated Service Centre consultant.

Craig Fuchs has a diverse education history. Craig attended various institutions from 1980 to 2018, but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. In 2009, they received a certification in ITIL Foundation from Pink Elephant. Craig also attended Avanade U, where they studied multiple disciplines from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they completed their secondary education at Bryanston High School from 1996 to 1998, and attended King Edward VII and Rivonia Primary prior to that. Craig holds an additional certification in ITIL V3 - Foundation from Pink Elephant South Africa.
