He started this company as a system integrator with a vision: the vision to deliver the highest customer satisfaction by being a partner to the customer. He wanted to provide consulting services to their customers – not just deliver projects to make money. To try this out, I consulted a potential customer on a project. Nine years later they are still his customer and, they take pleasure in continuing their mutually beneficial partnership.
From that first successful project as a one-man company, He set out to build a strong team. It was his mission to have the best talent in the world by his side, so they could help more and more clients be successful. He started out with people that he knew and trusted, and then he gradually onboarded more individuals with remarkable accomplishments and talents.
Above all, he wants the customer to experience that they provide them with the best talent, but more importantly, that we are the best partner they’ll ever work with. Each and every decision that he makes is to make their customers more successful.
