Reihaneh R. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Reihaneh is currently working at Synthetaic as an AI Team Lead and previously held the position of Data Scientist at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at Foxconn Industrial Internet as a Technical Lead AI/ML and Senior Developer- Machine Learning. Reihaneh also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and as a SAS Technician at Thomson Reuters. Additionally, they have experience as an Information Specialist at Mayo Clinic, a Research Assistant at Marshfield Clinic, and an IT Expert at Ports & Maritime Organization of Iran.

Reihaneh R. earned an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering-Software from the University of Zanjan in 2003. Reihaneh then went on to complete their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering-Software at the University of Birjand from 2003 to 2005. After that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering-Artificial Intelligence from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from 2007 to 2010. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2013 to 2018.
