Vignesh Chandrasekar

Vignesh Chandrasekar has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Vignesh currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at McCain Foods in various roles, including Finance Director, Deployment Lead, Director Treasury Operations, and Global Process Owner. Before joining McCain Foods, they held the position of Senior Manager Finance Operations at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services. Vignesh also served as the Head of Finance and Accounting at NXP Semiconductors and as a Financial Controller at MFI Document Solutions Limited.

Vignesh Chandrasekar's education history begins with their undergraduate studies at the University of Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2000. Vignesh then pursued further professional qualifications in the field of accounting and finance, earning their ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2002.

In 2007-2008, Vignesh enrolled in the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) to complete their CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification, specializing in accounting, auditing, taxation, and finance.

Continuing their professional development, Vignesh completed the Executive General Management program at the Indian School of Business in 2023, focusing on business administration and management.

In addition to their formal education, Vignesh has also obtained several certifications. In 2010, they earned the International Financial Reporting Standards certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Vignesh further enhanced their skills by completing the Managing Safely certification from IOSH in 2017. In 2018, they obtained the Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility certification from the University of California, Berkeley. Continuing their professional growth, Vignesh completed the Driving Digital Transformation certification from IMD in 2020. Most recently, they obtained the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) - Management, Reporting & Communication certification from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2023.
