Amily Xia

Amily Xia has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Their most recent position is as the Head of Supply Chain, China for CCS&HPPM Divs & APAC for AS Div at Synthomer since August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Sr. SOIP & Customer Care Manager, Asia Pacific at OMNOVA Solutions from August 2017 to August 2020. Amily also worked at INVISTA as the Regional Customer Service Manager, PS, Asia Pacific from March 2015 to September 2016, and as the Supply Chain Manager, EPS, Asia Pacific from August 2011 to March 2015. Additionally, they have experience at BASF, where they held various roles including Planner Leader - Paper Chemicals, Senior Planner - Acrylic & Dispersion, Customer Service Officer - Acrylic & Dispersion, and Secretary to Division Manager - Acrylic & Dispersion from 2002 to 2011.

Amily Xia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Foreign Trade from Shanghai University in 1999. Amily later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2007 to 2009.
