Gregg Geldart

Gregg Geldart has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Gregg currently holds the position of Vice President Business Excellence at Synthomer since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of Americas Functional Solutions at Synthomer from May 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining Synthomer, Gregg worked at OMNOVA Solutions as the Global Director from April 2016 to May 2020. Gregg began their career at Chemtura Corporation in 1997, where they held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Pricing/Rebate Specialist, Customer Service Manager, Supply Demand Manager, Product Manager, Director of Bromine Assets, Director of Procurement, Global Marketing Director for Great Lakes Solutions, Industry Leader for E&E for Great Lakes Solutions, and Global Asset Manager for Flame Retardants.

Throughout their career, Gregg has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive significant improvements in business performance. Gregg has successfully managed P&L responsibility, achieved profitable growth, and developed and implemented strategic plans to reverse profitability erosion. Additionally, they have experience in procurement, marketing, supply chain management, and global demand planning.

Gregg Geldart received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from John Carroll University, which they attended from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they studied Philosophy at the College of the Holy Cross from 1989 to 1991. Gregg does not have any additional certifications.
