Henry Ji

Henry Ji has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Henry is currently working as the Director of Finance at Synthomer since May 2022. Before that, they served as an Expert Advisor at Bain & Company from March 2022 to May 2022. Prior to these roles, Henry held the position of Executive VP & CFO at CIMC Vehicles Group Co., Ltd from February 2019 to February 2022. Henry also served as the CFO of Midea International Business at Midea Group and CFO of Toshiba Lifestyle Products and Services Corporation at Toshiba Corporation. Henry has a strong background in finance, with previous roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Motorola Solutions.

Henry Ji has a diverse educational background. Henry obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China. Henry later pursued their Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Henry Ji then earned their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Finance and Strategy. Henry further enhanced their skills and knowledge by completing executive programs at Harvard Business School, focusing on M&A and Post-merger Integration, and at MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Global Branding and Marketing. In addition to their degrees, Henry Ji has also obtained certifications including a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute and various certificates such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Master's Certificate in Project Management.
