Henk Swaans

Henk Swaans is a seasoned bioprocess technician with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently working at Byondis since April 2020 and previously at Synthon since March 2005. Henk has a strong background in developing generic and generic+ formulations for solids, oral liquids, and parenterals, utilizing various pharmaceutical technologies such as fluid bed coating, granulation, and tabletting, among others. Prior roles include leadership in the production department at Roche/Famar, focusing on liquids, ointments, and creams, and positions in R&D at Roche and Eurovet Animal Health, where contributions included the development and quality control of dosage forms. Henk holds several educational credentials in chemistry, including HBO and MBO levels.
