Nicole Caspers has extensive experience in quality compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently holding a position at Synthon since May 2008. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Laboratorios Rider Ltda. from July 2013 to July 2015, where responsibilities focused on quality compliance in the Synthon Chile operations. Nicole began a career in the pharmaceutical field at ROTTENDORF PHARMA, serving in various capacities from August 1998 to May 2008, including roles in documentation and packaging analytics. Educational qualifications include an industrial master's degree in pharmaceutical technology from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Münster, obtained between 2007 and 2010, as well as completion of vocational training as a pharmaceutical technician from 1998 to 2002.
