Ben He

Ben Ben is an experienced RF HW designer currently working at Syntronic AB since January 2015, with a focus on RF frequency-variant transceiver frontends for outdoor base stations supporting 3G/4G/5G NR. Responsibilities include design, simulation, and testing of RF components, development of automation testing algorithms, and authorship of technical documents. Prior experience includes roles as RF Designer at BlackBerry, where Ben was instrumental in circuit design and RF hardware tuning for the first LTE BlackBerry device, as well as conducting RF conformance tests. Additional experience includes research at The University of British Columbia in optical wireless systems and system engineering at AMD, involving data analysis and testing. Ben holds an M.A.Sc in Data Communication from The University of British Columbia and a B.Eng in Engineering from McMaster University.
