Theo Pantazopoulos

Theo Pantazopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theo is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Projects at Syntronic - A Global Design House. Prior to this role, Theo worked at ThinkRF where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Custom Products and Vice President of Engineering. At ThinkRF, they developed custom product business and managed a multi-disciplinary R&D department engaged in the development of complex radio-electronic systems.

Before their time at ThinkRF, Theo was the Senior Director of Engineering at Allen-Vanguard, where they managed a large multidisciplinary engineering team and introduced numerous new products to production. Theo also held the role of Manager of Electronics Hardware Design at Allen-Vanguard, where they played a key role in growing a revenue stream from $0 to $200M+ per year.

Additionally, Theo has held positions at Polarsat Inc., Spotwave Wireless, Radical Semiconductor Inc., SR Telecom, Tellabs, Carleton University, and Telesat Mobile Inc. These roles have allowed him to gain experience in areas such as hardware engineering, research, project management, and commissioning of satellite networks.

Throughout their career, Theo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to negotiate with clients. Theo has also been responsible for driving the successful development and launch of various products and technologies.

Theo Pantazopoulos pursued their education at Carleton University. From 1984 to 1989, they completed their undergraduate degree, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics. Theo then continued their studies at Carleton University, obtaining a Master of Engineering in Electronics from 1993 to 1996.
