Antonella di Lallo

Antonella Di Lallo is a seasoned professional in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at S&you Italia since September 2022. In this role, Antonella conducts needs analysis for recruitment, utilizes various direct sourcing channels and technological tools, engages in territory mapping, and manages selection interviews and economic negotiations. Prior to joining S&you, Antonella worked at Synergie Italia from May 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included identifying professional profiles, creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing administrative aspects of contracts.
