William G. Ferko

William G. Ferko is a Board Member at Sypris Solutions. William was previously with ACL Airshop from December 2015 to January 2017 as an Advisor and Consultant to the CFO. Prior to that, they were with CRS Reprocessing from January 2015 to February 2019 as Interim CFO. William has also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Acquisitions Officer, and Chief Risk Management Officer at Republic Bank from April 2009 to May 2014.

William G. Ferko has a MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Finance and Management. William also has a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Finance and Management. William is currently enrolled in a Certificate in Equine Studies program at the University of Louisville and is also certified from the University of Illinois system in CPA.
