Caroline Nessel

Caroline Nessel has extensive experience in personal and organizational development, currently serving as a Referentin at syracom AG since February 2023, following roles as Junior Referentin and Praktikantin in the same field. Previously, Caroline worked as a Werkstudent at INSIGHT Health GmbH & Co. KG from July 2020 to December 2022 and completed an internship in the development area at Lufthansa Systems. Early career involvement includes working as a Nachhilfelehrer at Bad Camberger Lernzentrum and a student intern at Lumics. Caroline began the professional journey with a short internship at Greb+Neckermann. Academically, Caroline holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Hochschule Fresenius, complemented by an Abitur from Limesschule Idstein.
