Dana Corcoran

Dana Corcoran, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Science and Technology for the Syracuse City School District since July 2015. Additionally, Dana is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University, instructing a Science and Technology Methods course, and has held a similar position at Le Moyne College, teaching Advanced Strategies in Science Education. Prior experience includes serving as Science Coordinator for OCM BOCES, where Dana developed and managed science and math programming. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Science Education and a CAS in Educational Leadership from Syracuse University, an MST in Science Education from Le Moyne College, a BS in Biology from Utica College of Syracuse University, and an AAS in Math and Science.
