Maddy Grochowski is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and sustainability, currently serving as General Manager People & Sustainability at Syrah Resources Ltd since September 2015. Maddy has been instrumental in defining, implementing, and monitoring the long-term sustainability strategy for the company, which focuses on the mining and processing of natural graphite at the Balama Graphite Operation in Mozambique. Prior to this role, Maddy held multiple positions at WPH Plant Hire Crushing Services, including Group Senior Human Resources Advisor, and Senior Human Resources Advisor, where Maddy contributed to various mining services projects. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from The University of Western Australia, completed in 2013.
