Jim Hahn

Jim Hahn is an experienced leader in customer success and business development, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success & Business Development at Syren Cloud Inc since 2024. Previously, Jim held the position of Program Director for Supply Chain Analytics and Citizen Development at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included governance of self-service analytics programs and driving value creation through project implementation. With over a decade at Johnson & Johnson, Jim has led strategic digital initiatives, managed global supply chain projects, and developed transportation security strategies. Early career experience includes brand management at K'NEX Industries and consumer healthcare roles at McNeil Consumer Healthcare. Jim holds an MBA from Penn State Great Valley and a BS in Business from Penn State University.
