Rama Alafandi

Rama Alafandi currently serves as the representative for the Syrian Chemical Society before the Union of Arab Chemists and contributes as a volunteer chemical news writer, having been with the organization since January 2022. Additionally, Rama has been a volunteer with the Syrian Researchers Foundation since March 2021 and has worked as a freelance English translator since 2018. Rama holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Damascus University, obtained between 2012 and 2017, and is completing a degree in Translation through Open Learning at Damascus University, expected to finish in October 2023. Rama also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of the People, graduating in June 2023.
