Cheryl Heuer Sellers

Cheryl Heuer Sellers is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and information systems. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR Operations at Sysco, Cheryl leads the execution of HR transformation initiatives and ensures consistent delivery of HR Shared Services. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Global HR Information Systems at Huntsman Corporation, where Cheryl was responsible for the support of HR systems for a global workforce and managed vendor selection for projects. Cheryl’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Aon Hewitt, focusing on Workday HCM implementation, and positions in human resources at InterContinental Hotels Group, where policies and training initiatives improved operational readiness and employee quality. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University.
