Katherine Lane

Katherine Lane is an experienced leader in labor relations and human resources with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Labor Relations and Colleague Experience at Sysco since April 2023, Katherine has held significant roles at Honeywell as Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations for Aerospace, Performance, Materials, and Technology from February 2020 to April 2023, and at Eaton as Director of Labor Relations for Electrical Products and Oil and Gas from June 2018 to October 2019. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Entergy, where Katherine served as Head of Labor and Employee Relations and in various HR management roles, and at the National Treasury Employees Union as National Labor Negotiator and Assistant Counsel. Katherine holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from James Madison University.
