Khadija James-Keating

Khadija James-Keating currently serves as Region President and Executive Vice President at Sysco since October 2022. As a member of Chief, a network focused on empowering women in leadership, Khadija is active in initiatives to support female executives. Previously, at TimkenSteel Corporation from 2019 to 2021, Khadija held the positions of Vice President of Manufactured Components and Vice President of Sales Effectiveness, driving significant growth in both roles. Earlier, at Grainger from 2013 to 2019, Khadija served as Regional Sales Vice President with substantial P&L responsibilities. Khadija began a career at Frito Lay spanning over a decade, culminating as Sales Zone Director for Chicago West, while also holding various roles in supply chain and operations. Khadija earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
