Nathan Hale

Nathan Hale currently serves as the Head of Global Risk Management at Sysco, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Nathan was the Vice President of Corporate Insurance & Captive Management at State Street, where responsibilities included designing and monitoring global insurance programs and overseeing a single-parent captive insurance company. With extensive experience in corporate insurance and risk management, Nathan's career also includes senior roles at USAA, Argo Group, and Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where Nathan managed and developed corporate insurance programs, compliance, and financial analysis. Nathan holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Illinois and a law course in Insurance Law/Alternative Risk Transfer from Texas A&M University School of Law.
