Vice President Of Software Engineering at Syscon Justice Systems

Michael Cox has a diverse work experience starting in 2002 as a Research Student at Simon Fraser University. Michael then worked at Syscon Justice Systems from 2003 to 2014, holding various roles including Systems Engineer, Configuration Manager, and Software Architect. From 2014 to 2017, they joined PowerSchool Group LLP as an Architect and later became a Software Engineer Manager. Since 2017, they have returned to Syscon Justice Systems, where they have held the positions of Director Research & Development and currently serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering.

Michael Cox attended Simon Fraser University from 2002 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Information Technology. In 2008-2009, they also attended Thompson Rivers University, studying Computer Sciences. Additionally, in 2011, they completed two short courses at Red Hat: JB325 Advanced JBoss Enterprise Development and RH300 RHCE Rapid Track Course. Finally, from 1998 to 2001, they attended Douglas College.
