Thulani Nyoka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Manager at Incentro since July 2023 and simultaneously holding the position of Senior Monday.com Engineer at Syscor | Automation Advisory since April 2021, Thulani Nyoka specializes in optimizing team collaboration and project management. Prior to these roles, Thulani Nyoka worked at FNB South Africa from June 2015 to June 2023 as a BI Analyst, focusing on analysis of adhoc process requests and data sets to identify and size opportunities for improvement.
